Return & Exchange Policy

At NYXY, every piece is individually crafted with intention, care, and love. As a small, homegrown label, we do not mass-produce or stock large inventories. Each garment is made-to-order or in limited batches, ensuring attention to detail and minimal waste.

We deeply value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your NYXY purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Size Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of size issues or, in rare cases, quality concerns.

  • If your piece doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup where serviceable, or you may be requested to ship it back to us.

Size changes are processed only after we receive and inspect the original piece.

Quality is Our Priority

Every NYXY garment goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before it reaches you. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged piece, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • An exchange in the same style and size (if available), or

  • An alternative style or size, based on your preference.

Custom Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces, as these are made specifically to your measurements and personal preferences. We recommend getting in touch before placing a custom order if you need any guidance with sizing or styling—we're always happy to help.

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timeline is 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation. As a made-to-order label, we don’t rush production—we believe good things take time.

Allowing us this time ensures that your NYXY piece is finished to the highest standards, both in design and construction.

Care Instructions

We want your NYXY garments to last long and look beautiful wear after wear.

  • Everyday pieces are made to be easy-care: they are machine washable and color-fast.

  • Delicate pieces with lace, sheer fabrics, or embroidery require a little extra love—hand wash in cold water or mild dry clean is recommended.

  • Signature styles and embellished pieces should be professionally dry cleaned for best results.

Courier & Logistics

We work with a leading third-party logistics partner to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India. While delays are rare, they may occasionally occur due to logistical or weather-related issues, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

Final Notes

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products sent back without our prior confirmation will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not applicable unless in the case of a manufacturing defect and no replacement is possible.

  • Custom pieces, discounted items, and accessories are not eligible for return.
